Following up on this issue.. After Mark of Hellebron tactic was recently fixed. https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=21254 that fix did not apply that fix to Witchbrew. Witchbrew also does not increase attack speed via Mark of Hellebron. |

Made a fix now, that makes it work exactly as written on tooltip, like damage increase is for current points you have, not how many you had when using WB. Sort of weird interaction between that tactic and ability though. |

I tested and it now functions just as you stated. This tactic Frenzied mayhem was not how it was on live. I think the change you made was the correct way this version of the tactic should behave. If the tactic remains this way 5% per point. Screenshot_48.jpg (39,101 bytes) |

I tested further an it appears that Witchbrew had a 1s ICD which is now causing stacks to be lost that hit during that window |

Fixed to work like in RoR now, which is what you would expect. |
