Summary	0021355: PTS - ALL - Mount bug (I guess) Pots are greyed out when on mount
Description	On live you can use a pot on a mount, but on PTS the pots are greyed out
Steps To Reproduce	Mount up pots go grey

dalen 2023-11-26 10:29 manager ~0040321	This is a client issue, seems like the client ignores the ability flags on items on hotbars. The reason they weren't greyed out before is that it didn't properly send the mount buff to the client.
