Summary0021369: Slayer ID AoE damage procs on application
DescriptionThe damage over time part of Inevitable Doom should proc at 2,4,6,8 seconds, but is currently also proccing at 0 seconds.
Steps To ReproduceIn the screenshot you can see the damage of the application of ID and the AoE damage at the same time, creating a double hit on the primary target.

Fixed.

From ability data it looks like it procced on initial apply on 1.4.8 though, But haven't found any decent video showing it either way.
