Summary	0021456: Slayer - Onslaught does not tick when applied
Description	Onslaught states that it applies damage over a 9 second duration, and the debuff lasts 9 seconds, however the damage only begins ticking after 3 seconds making it damage over 6 seconds, not 9.

dalen 2023-11-30 12:46 manager ~0040438	This is expected behavior. how it worked on live servers. Seems bugged on current ror. Put a note in patch notes.
