| Summary | 0021555: [Engineer] Gun Turret seems to proc armor debuff |

| Description | Was testing Engineer on Training Construct with 5Sov/4Tr set, 2 genesis, Fort mainhand and Bloodlord offhand. Non of these items should proc armor debuff. Yest I was seeing 940 armor debuf procing quite often. Looks like it was procing with Gun Turret up only. Did not see this proc without Gun Turret or witj other Turrets.
Removed all tactics and still was able to proc armor debuff. |

2. Pop Gun Turret
3. Attack Training Construct until u see armor debuf proc

| Additional Information | Also this is a bug I would consider not to fix this, as this realy helps Enginner ST damage output. Consider documenting this as a feature instead(add as a tooltip on Gun Turret for example). |
