Summary	0021629: High Pass zone/lord bugged
Description	During the siege around 16:30 of 20231210 the lord went down REALLY quickly, disappeared and seems he never died, stays on 0% in SoR. Maybe like an half hour before the zone was spammed with messages of "<charname> started siege in" which kept going for a minute maybe, was multitude of names.
