The 7 Piece WP Proc say's "On Heal: 10% chance to recover 45 RF over 3 seconds". That means on any heal. Not on Direct Heal or casted heal like the 4 piece Tri set. |

And it's not infinite RF, it's 10% per proc. Here's some abilities: Healing Hands 30RF: 50% chance of proccing per target. - Included but it's a coinflip. Pious Restoration 40RF: 30% chance of proccing per target, 6 man group that's 60% chance every 3s. - Guaranteed net gain, but it's only 5RF if it procs once. Martyr's Blessing 60RF: 40% chance of proccing per target, 60% chance every second with 6 man scaling to 240% chance every second with a warband. - By far the best, with 10 people guarantees a return of 112.5 RF (procs during cast plus expiration afterwards). Touch of the Divine 60RF: 60% chance of proccing per cast. Even if it does, you only recoup 45RF. Net loss of 15RF. |
