Summary0021769: Flee ability does not display cooldown overlay after using it, making it clickable again
DescriptionHi,

It seems that the flee cooldown countdown is not automatically displayed on top of the flee icon in the action bar, which makes the ability stil clickable. On clicking flee again this cancels the flee speed increase and display the cooldown overlay.
Steps To ReproducePut the universal "Flee" ability on your action bar and use it. If you click on the ability again during the flee period you will cancel the flee and display the cooldown overlay.
Additional Informationbuffhead flee buff and hotbar ability icon still usable

This is how Flee worked on Mythic. The cooldown is only applied when Panic! ends. So it is now working how it should and it not a bug.
