Summary	0021843: Sorcerer Gloom of Night no longer triggers dmg procs.
Description	Before patch- each aoe tick of Gloom of Night was considered an attack, and could trigger procs- see attached screenshot, at 17:35:49. After the patch, Gloom of Night doesn't triggers procs at all.
Steps To Reproduce	Cast Gloom of Night on target, while having abilities granting procs running/ having items with procs equipped.
