0022173: Swordmaster: Whispering Winds base damage is too low
Description
The latest patch increased Whispering Winds to 30s cooldown instead of 20s but also reduced the base damage significantly.
Could we confirm this is intended? Thank you!
Old Ability Description: You release a single swift blow damaging enemies 30 feet in front of you for 251 Spirit damage. The winds then aid group members within 100 feet for the next 10 seconds by decreasing the cooldown of abilities used by 5 seconds.
New Ability Description: You release a single swift blow damaging enemies 30 feet in front of you for 39 Spirit damage. The winds then aid group members within 100 feet for the next 10 seconds by decreasing the cooldown of abilities used by 5 seconds.
