Summary | 0022180: Cannot Add Items to Stacks in Guild Vault/Backpack
Description | Trying to add items like Liniments or other stackable resources will not stack when you either; • right clicking an item from player's backpack to add to Guild vault sends the item to an empty slot instead of stacking with the existing stack in the Guild Vault • right clicking an item from the Guild vault does nothing when it should try to add to the player's backpack and stack with existing stacks in the player's backpack • dragging an item from the player's backpack to an existing stack will not allow the items to stack • dragging an item from the Guild Vault and trying to add it to an existing stack does nothing • dragging an item from the Guild Vault and dropping anywhere in bag DOES add to an existing stack in the player's backpack (this is likely OK but unintuitive behavior when you don't know a stack exists in your bag already) To sum up, it feels buggy to use the Guild vault; ideally right clicking an item in your backpack should add to an existing stack (whether to or from guild vault/player backpack) I can provide some video clips if it helps. Thank you!
Additional Information | In the image below, right clicking a liniment that has a stack in the vault goes to a unique slot instead of existing stacks.

Due to this, the overall best way to combine stacks is to drag the stack from the Guild Vault and drop anywhere in the player's backpack. This combines the stack and then move it back to the Vault. If you use Vault 1 for the items you stack, right clicking the item in your bag will send it back to the slot you dragged from, at least. Hopefully, helps anyone that finds it clunky. |
|
Also, cannot drag "Crafting Items" from the bank and drop them into the "Crafting Items" backpack. The player must have the main backpack open, drop the crafting item there, close the vault and send it to the crafting bag after. If possible, please allow sending Crafting Items from Guild Vault directly into the Crafting Items bag when the player either drag&drops or right-clicks the Crafting Item from the guild vault. Note: players can successfully right-click crafting items from the Crafting Item backpack and send them to the Guild Vault, but they do not stack, as mentioned in the meta bug above. |

Hi Sativagreen, Thank you for your detailed report. The behavior you described with stacking items in the Guild Vault and backpack is not considered a bug but rather a feature request. To have this considered for future updates, please use the appropriate channels by posting in the forums under the Suggestions and Feedback thread. Providing your detailed description and any video clips there will help the development team review and consider your suggestion. Thank you for helping us improve the game! Best regards, Emissary |
