Description	Title. AM BoB item's effect tooltip displays whatever the last pocket item tooltip's 0th value was: e.g. mouseover Refreshing Pocket Keg and the mouseover tooltip for BoB will inaccurately display "+80 Hit Points Every 4 Seconds". Mouseover on any other slot character-equibable gear will have it accurately display a bonus to willpower stat.
