| Description | Before rework this tactic was affected by WP and heal crit, those allowing to make more unique build with stacking healing stats.
If it's a bug, will be glad if fixed. If it was intentional, I ask to reconsider. Because you remove niche fun build which never was problem before, also you add more inconsistency and confusion into tactic system by scaling healer class tactic properly, but make exception to other class.
