Summary	0023306: [Choppa] Extra Choppin' tactic messes with .getstats
Description	As stated in description Extra Choppin' tactic reduces damage of Lotsa Choppin ability by 20%, but whenever this tactic is slotted, .getstats shows that ALL damage is reduced by 20%. This is only a display bug: as seen on screenshots Slasha's damage is exactly the same, with or without tactic, despite .getstats showing different outgoing damage values
