Summary	0023488: Region chat is shared across all 3 zones in a pairing
Description	Using /1 chat in Praag will appear in both Reikland and CW for example. I have observed it for all 3 pairing. I assume this is a bug, but if not feel free to close it.
Steps To Reproduce	Send 1 person to CW, 1 to Praag and 1 to Reikland. Make them type a message in /1 and see who can see it.
