Summary0007872: Recent Mail of Medallion rewards upon contribution decay not transferring from Mail to Currency backpack

When I received the in-game mail of RvR zone contribution in the form of medallions for contribution decay the medallion will not transfer from my in-game mail to my backpack. I have received 2 medallions this way and neither have appeared.

Both medallions were taken from a mail box in the viper pit if that has any implications.

I have the same issue; got three officers medals this morning that didn't transfered over to my backpack but was lost from the mailbox and just now it happened again with another medallion. Playing order and it was in T4 DW and TM WC (if it matters :))
