Summary	0008918: Changing tatic sets to circumvent proc cooldowns
Description	Reporter: Cimbas Changing to or from a tactic set containing a bw/sorc proc tactic your procs get automatically reapplied. Currently these changes don't apply a CD to the proc skills. This isn't much of an exploit since you cant really do it in fight. However it's useful since it's works when mounted up or you rebuffed to early and don't want to wait 45 seconds.
