Summary	0009619: Incognito Sc ab 1 bug.
Description	Reporter: Lemonpie1 If you leave a scenario whilst incognito as WH the stealth bar gets stuck and you have to stealth again to fix it.

You seem to be trapped in a state where you are not in stealth (you can be seen and you can't use stealth abilities) but you are not out of stealth either: you can't use horse, for example.
