Summary	0009877: Burn Away Lies + Seal of Destruction
Description	Reporter: Krimalicious All BAL ticks benefits from seal of destruction even when the buff is not UP. Basicaly its possible to pop BAL when there is 1 sec of seal of destruction left and all the 4 ticks of bal will still ignore 50% armor.
