Summary	0022979: The "Rare" lvl 40 Asborb potion is weaker than the "Uncommon"
Description	For some reason the crit version of Lasting Warding Potion -> Potent Lasting Warding Potion created with all 200 mats including the Master Apothecary's Ampoule, is weaker than the green one.
