Summary0010453: The guild window does not send information to interested parties upon player zone state changes.

Basically:

The guild list does not update for all other players that are in a guild when a member of the guild changes areas, relogs, or has an event that would specifically update their location in the guild tool.

Example to recreate this bug:

1) Player A logs in.
2) Player B logs in.
3) Player A checks his guild window, everything is okay.
4) Player B queues for a scenario.
5) Player B accepts his scenario queue.
6) Player A checks his guild window. The location of Player B is not in sync with the location of Player B in the game world.
7) Player B leaves the scenario and heads to an adjacent zone to where his scenario is located at.
8) Player B logs out, and then logs back in. Player A still sees the person in the spot from when Player B first logged in.
8) Player A checks his guild window. The location of Player B is now in sync and shows appropriately.
