Looks like WP Tactic Fueled Fury doesn't work tested it in PVE and try to look at it in PVP never see the icon pop up.

Hello,

you should see the icon from this tactic everytime it procs for 3 seconds. But you are correct you gain the fury so it is not that important as I thought.
