Summary	0014059: Item: Crimson Cloak not allowing Alternate Apperance (Destruction side tried only)
Description	Reporter: Ootootoo Expected behavior and actual behavior: The item says it can have alternate apperance, but for me it does not allow other apperance, neither i can use it for alternate apperance a diff cape. There is no message in chat for diff class of item, nor for anything else, it just does not allow without any feedback. Being such a unique item, only cloak in-game that I know of that has talisman slots, it may has its own sub-category inside the capes' group, and that may be the reason why it fails. It should either allow it, or even easier, removing the tag that says that it allows it to alternate (its a pretty generic look, so I dont think that anybody want to have it when it looks like exactly like 90% of the capes of the game, and it is not exactly end-game material to be wearing it for weeks). Steps to reproduce the problem: Only tried on Destruction side. Complete quest line "Bred, Fed and Led", get the final reward, try to use it to alternate apperance or give it alternate apperance. Screenshots/Videos or archive.org evidences: I feel this is pointless when there is no message in chat saying anything, neither apperance to show.
