Summary	0016340: Reiksguard PQ NPC Respawn not working
Description	Reporter: waerter Expected behavior and actual behavior: Reiksguard NPC respawn after some time Actual behavior; Destros killed the NPCs over an hour ago, the NPCs do not respawn.
