0017192: Guard working out of party in city sieges

In a 6 manned party during a city instance, I (Defendar/SM) used guard on a mdps (Vulantis/WL). Then after I changed parties, guard ability was still applied to Vulantis and I was able to split the incoming damage they were receiving and parry it as normal.
So in a way you could have tanks guarding other players out of party to reduce the damage of the rest of the party members in said party who happen to be unguarded.
E.g.
Party 1:
Tank 1 guards Mdps 1
Tank 2 guards Mdps 2
Healer 1 (no guard)
Healer 2 (no guard)
Party 2:
Tank 3
Tank 4
Tank 1 and 2 move out of the party (but because of the bug, guard still stays applied to each Mdps)
Tank 3 and Tank 4 move into the party 1 and guard one healer each
Therefore,
Party 1:
Tank 3 guards Healer 1
Tank 4 guards Healer 2
Mdps 1 (still guarded by Tank 1)
Mdps 2 (still guarded by Tank 2)
Party 2:
Tank 1 (still guarding Mdps 1)
Tank 2 (still guarding Mdps 2)
Same with party buffs.
If you was in the same warband party with someone (i.e. Zealot), he buffed you something, then you join city and became in different scenario parties - you still have their buffs.
