If you want to see the damage cutting claw does with its own debuff applied then that's a situation you would never usually encounter without a CD reduction as it's a 10 second debuff with a 10 second cooldown. |

For example if the damage from Cutting Claw is effected by armor on the enemy. Or if it's something different. Edit: Misread initial post slightly, it seems Cutting Claw is not reducing the armor, not the damage changing. The word flail threw me. |

Commenter: Tazo83 from my previous testing it was working 100% on the Open RVR we tested that slayer VS marauder and i lost half my armor and flail dmg was increased after armor debuff we did exact same test and was working all good maybe the issue is related to the dueling arena /dueling mode on i posted some feedback #tester for dev/gm to check |

Commenter: Foofmonger Yea we tested in Order vs Destro normal content and the armor debuff is working as intended. This looks specifically like an issue with the armor debuff on your own realm in the duel arena. |
