Summary	0017964: War Report & Forts while attacking
Description	Reporter: M0rw47h Expected behavior and actual behavior: So when you take War Report into Fortress that has population cap (assuming the option is avalible) you may get inside without reservation required, as reservation check doesn't happen after taking war report inside one, which can cause few issues. 1) Extra attackers/defenders above cap aren't ported out, while they don't get Fortress end rewards, they can influence outcome, e.g. I could roam on my BG in Stonewatch today. 2) Since there is no reservation granted while going to Fortress thru war report, it may cause people who get there this way, into Fortress that ISN'T full not get reservation either and be removed later randomly. Yes, this happened to me other day in Reikwald, and the rest of group, person by person as more people were entering it later normal way. Steps to reproduce the problem: War report into ongoing Fortress. Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed): Forced to post by Sio, so no evidence. How to easy fix Move War Report into Fortress outside of Fortress, but close enough to entrance.
