Summary	0018263: Vanquisher Medallion conversion issue

Don't forget screens or a video. --> I did a previous report check and found nothing. Expected behavior and actual behavior: NPC: Oppressor's Emblem QM in IC When opening the vendor you see that 1 Royal Crest converts to 1 Vanquisher medallion. And below this 1 Invader crest converts to 5 Vanquisher, and 5 Invader = 25 Vanquisher. It would be expected that Royals are worth more than Invader. But actually Royals are severely undervalued.
