Summary0018603: Resistance talismans lowered bonus along with armor talisman change?

I made a Potent Talisman of the Soulwarden using 200 container and ingredients and it only produced a +95 spirit resistance talisman, is this normal or did resistance get nerfed along with armor talismans in the recent change? If so then can they be reverted to their original value?

Its called Dazzling Fervent Radiance (spirit resistance) and its blue rarity, I can't seem to find a purple rarity one.

With 200 container it makes +95, with regular it makes +80. I thought these numbers seemed a bit low but I have never seen the talismans made before the patch so wasn't sure.

I think there was no change, but the fragment/talisman itself could be broken.

This is a purple lvl 28 one and it almost hit your stats.
