Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** With event debolster it shouldn't be possible to use lvl16+ mount in tier one. There is a possibility to use them however. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** 1. When leaving scenario and summoning mount toon will be mounted when loading into tier 1 and debolster will not dismount. 2. When flying into the zone via flightmaster there is 3-5 second period when debolster applies (faster when toon moves). Summoning lvl16+ mount is possible then.
