**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

This quest requirement is to capture Karak Karag which is the Dwarf keep in Thunder Mountain. I have now captured it twice and it didn't update when the keep was captured, nor when the zone was locked.

I don't think it's a contribution issue as the second time involved a lot of fighting, retaking the keep after order ninja-stole it back, getting BOs, etc, but I can't be 100% sure.
