**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
After fulfilling the other quest requirements, the "Water Supply" object should be interactable for turning in the quest. The object cannot be interacted with, and the quest cannot be completed.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
- Start the "Human Irritations" quest in Greenskin Chapter 12
- Interact with the "Humie Rot Potion"
- Kill 5 "Sigmarite Emissaries"
- Attempt to turn in quest at "Water Supply"
