Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Expected: The "War-torn Apathy" debuff that reduces rewards for the over-populated side should have the same values for all players of the same realm in the zone as it is based on overall population. Actual: the debuff gets out of sync between players, with some receiving different penalties. Screenshots below were taken during a keep siege so both players in the screenshots were active in ORVR in the same location. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** None - just something I spotted in ORVR. **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):** <!-- Drag and drop an image file here to include it directly in the bug report, no need to upload it to another site --> Taken at the same time, one on me, one on a Mara in a different group in the same warband who was next to me. Yes I checked both buffs repeatedly to ensure they were still out of sync and it hadn't just changed between me swapping targets.
