The pie becomes bound to the player after I get it from the guild vault.

I don't know the procedure for the bug happening.

like stacking them from taking out of the guild vault put in the bag and will let the problem happen.

nvm, the event will end soon, it's a minor bug.

If items in the vault were added before they were set to be BoP, they will be bound on withdrawal. This should only apply to very old items that had their binding type changed.
