Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Don't know how that supposed to work, i've never had such buff before. never seen one like it. I got it and now can't get rid of it. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** Got it when i came to DW rvr zone. Played for a bit then died and saw it refreshed. Now when i enter rvr zone in DW it refreshes itself. **Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):** <!-- Drag and drop an image file here to include it directly in the bug report, no need to upload it to another site -->   so i got to rvr and got it once more, left the zone and then came back, it always refreshes. i can't get rid of it by attempting to remove it  relogged into a game and it refreshed once more. don't know what to do with that. It doesn't work on my 40 lvl char. so maybe it's something with bolster thing. I won't play for now, this boost thing looks strange.
