Didn't seem to find this issue posted by other people.
**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
The name and "role" of the NPC is not visible.
On the screenshot we can see how regular UI quest/shop/etc. indicators look like, floating above NPC's head.
And on the NPC in the middle, we can see this not working properly.
(because I was standing behind this NPC at first, I couldn't even see that this was a special NPC, because the UI was hidden inside it's model, and the name is not visible anywhere)
So it's really difficult to spot this NPC, especially if it doesn't have an active quest with a blue UI indicator.
Only possible to find it by randomly clicking on it.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
At Poisonblade Heath, find and observe the Rally NPC.
