Summary	0021003: "APPLICATION ERROR #plugin_Slack_ERROR_CURL" when uploading image in reply to an existing ticket
Description	I created this ticket: https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=21002 Once posted, I added another comment with the screenshot as it was missing from the original submission. Screenshot was uploaded by copying from the snipping tool and pasting into the bug tracker. I then pressed the "Add note" button to submit the screenshot and was presented with this error: "APPLICATION ERROR #plugin_Slack_ERROR_CURL The request to Slack didn't go through. Check your webhook URL. Also make sure there are no unusual characters in your bot name or bot icon settings. Further details may be printed below this box. Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section." The note was saved with the image so that part was successful.
Steps To Reproduce	Not tried to reproduce in case I just end up spamming tickets with random images, but following the process as above (pasting an image into a new note) should be a good starting point.
