Summary	0021037: 1 char never gets bag roll accumulation
Description	1 char I have cr 18 never gets bag roll accumulation when zone locks. I do not have this issue on other chars to my knowledge
Steps To Reproduce	Contribute to rvr and zone locks
Additional Information	I will continue doing screenshots, but will eventually stop playing the char if not solved :-)

tjalfe 2023-09-09 22:29 reporter ~0039954	Ok, played another char and seems not to accumulate by addition in this case. For example Gold bag was 178, next zone lock i roll 134 and the bag chance was increased to 248.. what gives? Occisor_003.jpg (616,238 bytes) Occisor_004.jpg (389,588 bytes)
