| Description | Sometimes when healing, the overhead health bar does not reach 100% despite being full health. This seems to trigger more frequently with natural regen vs pots / heals. The bugged health bar is not visible to others, and goes away when using an ability, as if the ability is forcing something to refresh. | ||||
