Additional Information	Did some duels in the arena and it seems the tactic doesn't trigger.

Zumos 2024-11-17 22:12 developer ~0045289	Siphoned Energy function correctly, but unlike Avalanche and Endless Pursuit it didn't show the speed buff on yourself. I have changed it to now show the speed buff on yourself.
