| Description | Hi, the item's description is "On Use: Increases AP Regeneration for 15s on all party members. 30m cooldown." The actual buff when used is "Critical rate increated by 5%". The buff lasts for 30s instead of 15s too. The 30min cooldown is still correct. This goes for destro and order. | ||||
