| Description | Hej, Swift Strikes is supposed to deal increased damage whenever the target is "building up an ability", aka casting/channeling. This currently never happens. The damage is always the base, lower value, no matter what the target is doing. /Bejk | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Hit a target with Swift Strikes when it is idle. Hit the same target with Swift Strikes when it is channeling/casting an ability. Compare the numbers. | ||||
