During the T1 Rework, all the ToK unlocks where were tucked away in Chapter 1 for both realms were given additional unlock options in the opposing realms Chapter 4 area of that map. So Daemons has a way to unlock it *somewhere* in the Empire Chapter 4 area. This applies for all the History and Lore unlocks. As for the Sign of Change... hrm. I'll ponder a solution, though not all Achievements are really for both realms. For example Illiteracy or Missions of Mercy are quite impossible to do on Destro - I sort of lumped Sign of Change as a 'Destro' unlock due to those guards (though yes, on live you could easily get that on Order) |

the Daemons unlock has an unlock method in the Order storyline (as do all ToK unlocks that were previously only inside the Chapter1 area) |
