Summary	0022500: High Pass - Manor BO overlaps into order PvE
Description	By standing at the edge of certain walls on the PvE side to manor, you are considered to be in the BO area and can get credit for ticks, scouting quests, etc. This is distinct from my other reported issue where BOs give ticks into PvE areas as this time you're actually considered as being on the BO (flag timer visible etc).
