| Description | BaL has 4 dot procs. 3 normal and 1 'explosive' fourth proc. The first 3 procs always occur normally however often the fourth proc doesn't happen. The spell just ends and the final damage isn't done. Obviously a fairly big deal. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Doesn't ever occur in pve from my experience. Only pvp. Possibly has a high chance to occur when you actually died after applying the BaL and watching the effect to see if it finishes them. | ||||
