Summary	0022678: State of Realm doesn't show downgraded keeps properly
Description	If a 4+ star keep loses stars due to no guild claim, SoR doesn't update the progress bar correctly until a later time (perhaps when enough supplies are delivered to cause a progress bar update?) See attached screenshot. The keep was 4 stars but not guild claimed, so it dropped to 3 stars. The progress bar makes it seem like it is about to hit 4 star again, but supply is only at 2%. A short while after this screenshot was taken, more supplies were delivered and the progress updated and started showing the correct progress.

R1CH 2024-05-13 23:17 developer ~0042846	This also affects upgraded keeps, when a keep levels up it retains its progress bar so it looks like it is about to hit the next level. Screenshot attached shows the order keep just as it hit 2 stars, it retained the progress bar from 1 star to 2 star progression. 2star.jpg (10,925 bytes) 2star.jpg (10,925 bytes)
