Summary	0022707: Quest: "Stunties is Fer Smashin'" quest completion marker does not appear over the NPC's head
Description	When the objectives of this quest have been completed (kill 3 Ironmane Oathguards), you have to return to Skarzag. He is marked on the map, but is missing the orange "completed quest" icon above his head.
