Summary0022962: Using a Morale ability put it on cooldown without being used.
DescriptionSometimes, (maybe while on global cooldown) when you use a morale ability it will put it on cooldown without using it, and you do not lose any morale.
Steps To Reproduce1- Use morale ability (m1 or m2)
2- Ability goes on cooldown but no Morale Ability is activated.
3- You keep your morale as if you Never used the ability but it is on cooldown.
Additional InformationI have not been able to reproduce it, but I encountered this bug a few months ago and it seemed to have disappear but it has now come back. I had it happens more than 5 times over a week of gameplay.

This happens when the client thinks you can use a morale but the server denies it, for example you got disabled prior to the "use morale" command reaching the server. The morale ability will still go on cooldown client-side and be unable to be used again. This occurs more frequently if you have a higher ping to the server.
