Summary	0022985: Weapon Skill buff doesn't give parry bonus
Description	For each 100 WS, your character will have 3% additional parry. Sadly, a WS buff like Choppa's Bring Da Pain!, BO's Follow 'me lead or Vanquisher's proc doesn't give additional parry. So, for example, if a Choppa has 19.9% parry with 662 WS, when he received a WS buff of 120 (so 782 WS in total), he should be at 24% parry.
Steps To Reproduce	- Check parry and WS - Use a skill that increase WS - Check if parry is still the same
