| Description | During step two of the epic quest, you're to kill two NPC's. The NPC Bright Wizard Radovan does not spawn in his location, reset the entire area. He's a static NPC not linked to the PQ there. Have waited 2 hours and now does not spawn. Have completed this quest before and same location and took about 5 minutes to respawn. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Stand at NPC's location. Stare where he's supposed to be. Get mad and post on bug reporter. | ||||
